NOTICE OF THE 2011 ANNUAL MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Westwood Swimming & Tennis Association request your presence at our annual meeting, to be held at the:

 WESTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA, Thornwood, NY 10594

 The meeting is set for Wednesday, February 10th, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. 

This meeting will be held pursuant to Section 603 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law, State of New York, whereby Westwood Swimming & Tennis Association, Inc. is a Corporation organized under said law.

PROPOSED ANNUAL DUES 2011           

Early Payment:           Dues postmarked before April 1st, 2011   $ 699.00 (includes tax)

Regular Payment:       Dues received on & after April 1st, 2011   $ 799.00 (includes tax)

  • Special Memberships will be $120.00 each (includes tax)

  • Senior Citizen Memberships will be $120.00 each (includes tax)

  • Most Instructional fees and Team fees will be $90.00 each

  • Adult tennis lesson fees will be $125.00 for 6 lessons

  • Guest fees will be $10/day

Tax $35.00
