Types of Membership at Westwood

Westwood Swimming & Tennis Association offers a variety of memberships depending upon the needs of the family or individual. The following lists the types of memberships available:

REGULAR Membership

A REGULAR Membership consists of a cohabitating couple or an individual, with children under twenty-two (22) years of age, who are residing with such person(s). A one-time bond* purchase is required for Regular Memberships.

PROMOTIONAL Membership

A PROMOTIONAL Membership consists of a cohabitating couple or an individual, with children under twenty-two (22) years of age, who are residing with such person(s). This is an all-inclusive membership for the purpose of introducing new families to Westwood. The bond is deferred for the first year.

SINGLE Membership (Bond)

A SINGLE Membership consists of an individual who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who has no dependents who will be using the Club. The spouse of a Single Member may only visit the Club as a guest once per month. A one-time bond* purchase is required for Single Memberships.

SINGLE Membership (Previous Bond)

A SINGLE Membership (without Bond) consists of an individual, who is an existing and current (or was a previous) bondholder in good standing and has been a bond holding member for a minimum of five consecutive years.

SINGLE Membership (No Bond)

A SINGLE Membership (No Bond) consists of an individual who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, has no dependents who will be using the Club, and who was not a previous bondholder with Westwood.

SPECIAL Membership

A SPECIAL Membership consists of a child over the age of 21, other dependent, relative, or caregiver, living at the same address as a REGULAR MEMBERSHIP or PROMOTIONAL MEMBERSHIP holder, during the pool season. This is an “add-on” type of membership and is not available for purchase except when linked to a Regular or Promotional Membership. Proof of residency is required.

*A bond is a one-time fee, which gives you voting rights in the association. It is redeemable with restrictions outlined on our Bond Redemption page.

  • After 5PM (weekdays and weekends) – $10
  • Guests under 3 years old are free.  All guests 3 years and older are at the above rates.
  • Guest fees apply whether or not the guest intends to swim.
  • There will be no refunds for guests due to weather, no exceptions.
  • All guests must be accompanied by an active member, 16 or older.
  • IMPORTANT: We do not accept checks as payment for guest fees.
